the question is how to send blood from the artery to the vein with a needle then the needle never has to refill because the artery pushes more blood then a vein and the blood in the needle will always stay at one point meaning the plunger never goes fully down I believe if they put a heater to de oxidize the blood from the artery to the vein then put the blood in a temperature adjuster they could send blood from an artery to a vein the purpose would be to temperature control blood which would save millions of people lives
