Regarding NCLT Form -11 1. Could I submit the same through E-filling options available on the NCLT website? 2. Could an individual file an application for the repayment manually & is an advocate hire necessary for this process of concern? 2(a)Is a General power of attorney appointment necessary for this process of concern on behalf of an individual investor/Financial creditor? 3. Ma'am if CIRP is initiated(on behalf of another applicant for the same company in 2018 and order of concern NCLT already passed) & IRP is appointed already for the concerned company then which form, and procedure needed to follow, is needed to file an application to NCLT? 4. Which types of documents are required or where I find the requisite application formats;exactly for this application process; where do I get the checklist of the same list? 5. Do I need to present at the NCLT on the date that is put up by the NCLT for hearing the case/matters as a general case hearing procedure in regular court?

Sir if company operation is stop and no any employee work there only in document workman send demand notice to labour office .then in moratorium period there salary paid by irp or not..
Sir will the personal assets be in trouble in insolvency. The assets are not collateral for any company loan and all the bank loans are payed and cleared. But if corporate debtors don't get a value will the personal assets be in trouble.
@@canagpals6355 Sir agar firm ka insolvency khatam ho jaata hai toh kya court individual insolvency ka process karwa sakta hai. Incase the creditors appeal for more.
@@shreenidhinayak2627 that depends whether your entity is a partnership firm or company. when your liability is unlimited you have to pay from your personal assets, eg., in case of partnership firm. However for Pvt ltd company or LLP liability is limited unless you have given personal guarantee.
