I started crying when they brought out the carpet for the entrance of the King & Queen; and I don't know if I'll stop today. I saw the show at least five times, and always loved it. I'm even a little afraid to see "Drawn To Life" because it couldn't possible top the joy and beauty of "La Nouba".
I'm so glad to have been there for the final show! That was an amazing New Years Eve for us. (My girlfriend and I are a few rows down and to the left.) So much energy in the building for that performance, and the ovation was something I'll always remember. I still have a balloon and the Au Revoir pin. Nothing lasts forever, but Orlando was fortunate to have had the show and its performers for as long as we did.
@@MarcusMartn It was a semi-permanent show at Disney Springs/Pleasure Island. There's supposed to be a Cirque replacement show, but I heard it's going to be Disney character themed (bleh). I haven't seen any activity anytime we've walked by the building in the past year. Still waiting.
Yes. I believe the show ran for 10 yrs. I'm glad I saw it when I had the chance but cirque du soleil and disney did a collab. The new show is suppose to premier on March 20 but idk if they will cancel it or not.
