This video seems to have more haters than any other @CitationMax video, for whatever reason. Listen people, life's unfair. Yes there are a few people with significant means. Usually that spells problems for their children. Not the case with Max and his family. Here's as decent a guy as you'll ever find who worked hard to learn and hone his skills and fulfill a lifelong dream. And he's sharing that experience generously with the world. I'll never fly anything but as a passenger in Coach, so I love these videos - they're beautifully made and exciting to watch. Lighten up and enjoy the ride!

Think big. Just wrangle up some people with expertise in the areas where you're lacking, let's say, finance, business and piloting. Then purchase the aircraft and start your own chartering business to pay for the plane. Tax breaks and improved life style, here you come! Of course it's possible that when it's discovered that you're bringing nothing significant to the table, you'll be cut out. Otherwise, is your family wealthy, well-connected and to the manor born? If so, that works, too.

Great vid, you are living the dream of many. In 1978 I went to Florida Tech to begin my dream of flying. After a year of flying life throws you a curved ball and I had to end my dream of becoming a commercial pilot. I became a virtual pilot with the Flight Simulator for the past 30 years and still enjoy my hobby. I was lucky enough to become a Deputy US Marshal and flew both on commercial and marshals service own planes to transport inmates all over the USA and overseas. I retired in 2018 and still fly with my PC. I wish you the best on your endeavor and be safe up in the sky. Best regards from San Juan, Puerto Rico.

@fooloof 🤣🤣🤣 it was 1978 bro and believe me I was scraping the bottom of the barrel. I did tried a FOB in Puerto Rico and had lots of fun before I joined the Coast Guard. My basic pay was less then $400 before president Reagan increased the basic pay across all pay grades about 30%; still at that point in time the flight hour in a C150 was about $70 an hour. Still I was not making enough. My oldest friend (from kindergarten) had the same problem but he did go all the way thru the Army flying the bell 214 and once he got out of the Army with lots of flight time he landed a right seat job with a commuter line. It took him years but now he is a captain in a A320 class. He is still flying the dream, and I am happily retired from the Marshals Service riding my motorcycles, smoking cigars and sipping aged rum. Can’t complaint bro. Even with the COVID crap I haven’t trimmed my hair since march last year and I look like a biker 🤣🤣🤣🤣. If I can go back in time probably I would do the same 😂. BTW the darn curves were and still is my downfall. Best regards from San Juan, PR. Stay safe brother.

Thanks for your video postings. Personally I am afraid of flying but just adore seeing others do it. I have flown as passenger on an old Jumbo to NY from London and back in 1992 but... I was... apprehensive... and on edge... all the way and have never done it since. I have crossed the Atlantic since but on a ship...LOL 6 days rather than 7+ hours... I am missing out on many places around the globe yet this fear remains. LOVE watching you fly. Seems so effortless, kind of second nature to you. I think, given the chance I'd fly with you. Thank you once again for your video postings. I watch from start to end and love them. Wishing you all the love and luck in the world Rob in the UK xxx

Congrads!!!!! Flying is nice...The experience is different and enjoyable. Please continue to fly...You will enjoy it....I am from the cabin side of the industry...Yes, a Former Purser Flight Attendant so stepping into the cockpit of the old 727-200s, DC-10s and 747-400s, current 737-300s, 777s, 757s and Airbus series of planes has been a great experience to me. For me now crossing over to see how the corporate aircraft are would be very very nice...

Wow love to hear you started flying flight sim. I started when I was 14 and started taking lessons at 16. That's cool you made it that far. Your videos are fun I fly mostly private jets on the sim today. I got a ppl but didn't want it as a career but I love traveling too. I'm a trucker tho. California to Iowa I like to drive also.

Hello Max, your american sounds like an american-swabian dialect. For example "streaming" like "shtreaming" as we speak "Schtuttgart" but it is written "Stuttgart" - our capital. Nice videos at all!

Thank you Max my son is very interested, having a grand father who was Air Force MAC/Sac Pilot and 31 years with UAL as SIC and PIC and father who was a regional Aerobatic Pilot so soft ware comes in handy.

After flying the CJ3+, is there any turning back now ? Going forward there is the CJ4's or a Citation X. But don't both of them require two to fly ? I really enjoy the video's. I'm learning a lot from them. Thank you for sharing your time !! : ) ~

...Space shuttle? CJ4 is SP (Single Pilot), but not the X. I think the CJ4 is the largest SP jet.

CitationMax I was watching a mogul talk about going from big time to prime time. He said you wanna grow your company...You gotta have a jet... period. He said while his competition was booking rentals and commercial airline tickets, he was done in the sky only hour to hours away closing the deal. Lol... Have you noticed it’s easier to get new business or conduct business faster thus making the jet an asset more than debt? If that makes since , cause they are not cheap lol.

Being the largest jet to be able to fly with just one pilot. It's a beautiful jut. My favorite is the Gulfstream G650ER. I just wish I had the deep pockets to afford one! LOL!
