Hey Keralis, a tip for ya! :D When you place to much commercial zones in one place, the people are going bananas(it may also be customers from another cities or just deliveries for the stores could make such an traffic and conjustions) and that's why the traffic is so high on those roads or it's because it's faster for some inhabitants (the people living in the main city) faster to get to their jobs/houses. Try do some more public transportations or something, or just replace some of those commercials zones with housing or offices. P.S In my opinion the high commercial demand is a game bug (or some conflicts with some mods and the actuall game) If you could like this so he'll eventually see it, we all will have a profit from it :D Thanks!

You should really consider making like a vacation or resort area by the lake behind the commercial district. Maybe get the Burj Al Arab hotel from the workshop and put it on a tiny island. You could put the Khalifa tower down around there too. Make it like "Little Dubai" or something! Just a suggestion. I really enjoy this series. Keep it up K!

As a matter of fact, you should always have trees far enough from the edge of any intersection so there is visibility by the cross traffic prior to getting to the intersection otherwise you have to slow down a lot to make sure, it is safe to cross. Just my two cents as a professional driver. I never knew there was a game like this though. Look addictive, lol. It was entertaining watching you play especially with commentary. Happy building!

yo Keralis great series, if the commercial demand is so high raise the commercial tax rate that will slow it down

Keralis, you should try to make a mixed-use area. Add an entire community where you mix Offices Space, Commercial Zones, and Residential areas. Then link everything with a subway/train and the people will love you even more. This way, you increase all land values and everyone can walk everywhere. Also, spend an episode focusing on your rail traffic. I noticed that the rail traffic by you "Stark Tower" is getting busy. Trains are waiting in long lines and leads to rail traffic. Try doubling up the train tracks or building train tracks that by-pass your stations. Hope this helps and keep up the great work. Cheers for Canada!

Keralis I've tried this so trust me, the problem with the buses going through is that the traffic is all gonna form so add a second exit so the areas in the direction of the exit will route the buses there

Hey this series is amazing ive been subbed since the underground house maybe before that back when you were always hungover and your voice was all scratchy like the townhouses way at the beginning. This series is amazing as I haven't got the money for cities: skylines yet. Out of the 5 yt'ers I'm watching on this game your commentary is by far the most interesting. Anyways, the reason the roundabouts are ineffective, is because the game doesnt know what a roundabout is, and its thinking its just another junction so we have to stop, you see there are junctions in the roundabout, and that messes with the games logic, its just not smart enough to know what a roundabout is and how to handle it :)

I have some recommendations to make your city much better than ever before. 1. Can you add some more retail store mods such as Wal-Mart, Taco Bell, Wendys, etc.? It would make the town more realistic 2. When it comes to creating roadways, it is not a problem if you could add curves on your roads or spread the roads in a diagonal positions.

I live near Augsburg in Germany, and there is an Ikea not far away from here.They sell Hot dogs in the Ikea here, and they are very delicious :3

Hi Keralis, Great video. The traffic light mod allows you to add or remove traffic lights on a certain area. Very usefull. Also there is another mod that allows you to speed up time even more. That mod is also very useful. Search for "more simulation speed options" on the steam workshop.

for the traffic try having multiple off ramps in various spots around the commerical zones and make a highway all around the commercial zones over the lake and all plus transportation will help smooth out the traffic and also name it The Waterpoo National Mall
