+Hunter Summers Literally all of his views are literally his opinion, he states time and time again that he is not an objective music reviewer. It's personal opinion, and in his opinion this isn't a good album. In your opinion, it is a good album. In my opinion, it's pretty middle of the road. So there you go.

I think it's named after Oliver Heaviside, a guy without tertiary education who was influential in developing vector calculus and reformulating Maxwell's equations. Not sure though, I'm no mathematician!
