John Adams has beem dogged and courageous in ways that we may never understand. He deserves most of the credit for the scrutiny ASIC id noe under. Meantime ASICs failures have cost countless Australians their financial security and everything including health andlongevity that flows on from that.

A simple solution is to change parliments into prisons & prisons into parliments. At least citizens won't be under any illusion as to what's going on.

To raise another point, John also correctly identified that ASIC is fundamentally conflicted by its own charter in that it is appointed to both maintain stability through confidence in the marketplace(s) while also being chartered to regulate financial corruption. How can a reasonable man believe that fulfilment of both duties is even a possibility? The objective surrounding maintenance of market confidence could be achieved if ASIC was to actually investigate and prosecute complaints of wrongdoing where and when it found them. It's absurd and well beyond the tolerance of any honest and reasonable person's thinking to think that it might succeed on both fronts, if ASIC was to consistently and effectively prosecute wrongdoing, then market confidence would be shaken; thus disabling ASIC from fulfiling its conflicted duty to maintain market confidence. That successive governments have not been aware of this blatant conflict of interest is not believable which leads to the further question of how those governmental officers (public trustees) have allowed ASIC to commence on that dual role path to begin with; and, how it was not circumvented at a much earlier stage by one or other side of our parliamentary houses? So, who in government is responsible for having originally appointed ASIC with its dual and obviously conflicted roles; and, who are those public trustees in OUR parliament and OUR bureaucracy who have, for such a long time, ignored the harm being caused to 100's of thousands of helpless Australian families and citizens? Refer all of those criminals to the NACC as well, I suggest.

What I don't understand is, why didn't they audit all physical locations to come up with a dissection of how much gold, the types of gold, and where it is housed. From that they should have been able to determine if anything is missing.

Need a name of that Bullion Company or some clues so we can figure it out. People will be unwittingly using their service and deserve to be made aware.

I contacted ASIC about corporate corruption and they didn’t help at all and it cost me a considerable amount of money. I emailed John Adam’s looking for help and he didn’t even reply to me.

Secondly, John made a comment that Jo Longo (in hia position as a public servant / public trustee) made a statement to the press that 'there is NO case to be made against ASIC'. On this statement, I suggest there are now further grounds to file complaint against Longo for making public statements outside of parliamentary privilege which are knowingly false. Thirdly, I would be interested to hear what your thoughts might be in relation to my suggestion. Finally, thanks again for all that you both do on a daily basis for the ordinary people of Australia with respect to ASIC and its inherent corruption problems.

In relation to John's 'complaint' concerning ASIC's "thorough investigation" of the respondent company-in-question (as trustee) in relation to missing bullion stock held on trust for customers (constructively or actually, the beneficiaries), if the premise of the complaint was that the gold was missing, then surely all ASIC had to do would be to gain legal authority to enter the premises and physically inspect the gold to ensure it was present and associate that stock, unit-by-unit, through certificates of sale, etc, with its rightful owner for whom the company in question was acting as a trustee. Did ASIC do that? If not, I posit that it may be construed as yet another knowingly false statement by ASIC that a "thorough investigation" took place - making it, possibly, another ground for complaint to the NACC(ery). Your thoughts? PS: no doubt, you are both familiar with the fairly recent scandal in China for almost the very same situation - i.e. gold on trust going missing.
