Xsara has really good weight distribution for dirt roads, you can abuse the lift off oversteer a lot and then hook up back again with the power. The steering is also very responsive and heavy, which means you can do all kinds of wacky shit if you have enough hands.

Kick ass driving! I had a 2004 Citröen Xsara VTS station wagon.. It had the Passive rear steering, but not the sport suspension. I swapped camshafts, 2" exhaust with race cat and manifold, big-lift cams and ran it on ethanol. Installed the Citröen WRC suspension kit and modded the aero kit. Not sure of the horsepower, but it did 262kph on the autobahn and cornered like a gocart.. Good times. This video brought back memories.

@@horatiopakula1959 when you learn how to drive fast one important thing you'll learn is hand positioning. Once you know that, come back and re-watch the clip. You'll see the guy lost control and panicked for a moment before fighting back control.

I used to got one of these, a '98 one. Suspensions were modded with stiffer dampers, front strut brace, also put some braided lines, race brake pads on front. Spare wheel was removed. This was a hoot ! Especially a bitch for lift-off oversteer. Now have a NC MX-5, which is better on paper for power to weight ratio, but doesn't deal as much enjoyment on a straight line (different story on turns thought). Congrats you seem to enjoy the Xsara the way it was mean to be.
Bon Andy, après le show sur EMS motorsport va falloir que tu t'achètes une GoPro et que tu la colles au plafond de ta caisse. Plus tard une qui filme tes talons pointes aussi. Des videos simples ou tu roules, des vidéos ou tu commentes tes freinages etc etc C'est un vrai plaisir à regarder, il faut que des sponsors te voient. Va te falloir un moteur qui prends plus de chevaux toujours en atmo tu le geres trop bien pour passer en turbo
