I was here at this concert, man was I pissed off at that girl. One my all time favorite songs by Dallas and that girl ruined it for everybody, literally the whole concert she did that until security showed up to force her to sit down.
He wrote the song about his music teacher that passed away. It's embarassing when people yell obnoxiously in the middle of his songs, especially when it is only him on stage.
This wasnt about people being too loud. It was one chick who for the second time that night walked right up to the stage and stood there taking pics and swooning over him. The bouncers even went and talked to her and she would move so Dallas tripped as I knew he would.
One of the lucky stops on tour where he actually played this song, and a feww jackasses in the crowd had to ruin it. Just cause you bought a ticket it doesn't give you a devine right to be a pain in the ass, just sit and enjoy the wonderful music performed by a rare breed of artist....so ungrateful shame on you guys.....
Saw him in may, one of my favourite songs is against the grain, but he asked everybody to turn off their phones and cameras for that song and I was right in front of him second row, and I turned mine off out of respect for him but there was still people fucking recording everything, trying to capture it all, because people are too fucking arrogant these days to just enjoy the music there in the moment for what it is and not have to record everything.
It's unbelievable how many people feel like they need to capture the moment that they can't even fucking enjoy it as it happens. Dallas actually said it best in his live album that was released a couple years ago: "stop trying to remember it so badly that you're forgetting to experiencing it as it's happening." Fucking OATH.
Because people feel like they need to be heard in a situation that isn't about them. It's selfish and unbelievably distracting for everyone in the venue, let alone the artist trying to perform. Fuck sake people just shut the fuck up and do what you paid money to do: listen to the performance.
I find most of the people that were there were worse than that girl. She was annoying as heck, yes. But the people yelling obnoxiously are much worse. But that's just what I think
