Hey guys, how are you all doing? We made a vlog about City Apartment Tour, Limerick Ireland, 2021 for those people who are curious about renting or looking for a place to rent here in Ireland , especially for those who are planning to work here. I hope this video can answer some of the questions you have in mind , if it doesn’t , I hope this vlog can entertain you. We tried to be as informative as we could to be of help to others.
Hope you can support this video , as we enjoyed making it and if you want me to make videos about certain topics , please do leave suggestions on the comment section.

Hi man. It's nice to get a point of view of what it's like living or staying in my home city. Especially in an apartment such as this one. I never knew what that experience was like because I didn't need to really lol. I'm proud of my home city. I really am. But I must be honest. There are a lot of things wrong with it. Chief among which is how expensive it is being there. And add to that, how crap some of the places there are for staying in. Your apartment looks pretty good, I will say, however I've seen way better ones in other parts of the world. What you are paying here really does not do justice for you, and I can only apologize.

Hey, thanks for the honest comment Conor. Well to be honest I must agree with you. The rent here in Limerick had gone up so fast for the last 4 years, it’s crazy, especially if you are living in the city. The fact is that living here in Ireland is really expensive. You just have to kind of find a way how to save and adjust your spending, although I must say that it’s a nice city overall. 😉❤️❤️❤️🇮🇪

Hello!! I dont think its really allowed in the city area, have not seen anybody do it. Drying the clothes will be inside, if you have a drier - or some de humidifier that dries clothes as well ❤️🙂

Hey there, Informative video! I am from pharma background, would you please suggest what will be the best way or websites I can apply for jobs in Limerick? & is it easy to get work visas? Also what would be a good annual salary ( including tax) for a couple to live in Limerick?

Hello! If you’re from the Philippines, maybe check agencies like Abba and Chesham, I havent met any filipino pharmacist (yet) in here. So I’m not quite sure, same for the websites as we applied thru agencies as nurses 🙂. Oh maybe try indeed.com (start from there), I think we waited 90 days for our visa. Re: the salary check out pharmacist salary online ;) for nurses it ranger from 40k to 50k annually and I think that good for a couple if you’re both working 😊😊😊❤️❤️

Hi, sad to say, there’s a housing crisis in Ireland and Limerick is no different, but if you check sites regularly something might come up like daft.ie , if not maybe you have to look for places just around limerick. Best of luck to you.

So nag apply kami 4 years ago sa agency sa Pinas sa Abba ( sa ortigas) yung employer which is university hospital dito pumunta sila jan sa Pinas then dun kami na interview. If nasa Pinas ka , you need to go thru agencies to be able to find employers din. If nasa ibang bansa k like middle east you can apply through Kate Cowhig agency or CPL . Those are the few options. Limerick is a mixture of modern and old city. Even-in the architecture you can see it. I don’t have much info on the party culture, but we were able to experience pubs and discos which are fun - people really know how to have good craic!👍🇮🇪❤️

Hi there, the rent in Limerick is around 500 for a room. 3 bedded house would be from 1200 to 1600 I believe , u can have a look on rental websites like daft.ie

Hmm We dont have the information if there are units up for rent but recently there is one unit up for sale that was displayed on daft.ie limerick apartment - lists so maybe keep an eye on that. Landlords would be posting on daft. That is where they found their unit now. But sometimes its really a matter of luck .

@@rowenacondino3910 You are Welcome, I not sure to be honest, but I have a few friends there and they are paying like 600+ eur for a room only..maybe it depends as well on the area in Dublin, coz it's quite big - you can check on Daft.ie and just enter Dublin you can find some good apartments there:) goodluck and welcome to Ireland?

Hi , I think meron naman, but I think the agencies in the Philippines are requiring 150 beds above especially if ur going to university hospitals or big ones.. but if nursing homes ur applying for , I dont think you need 150 beds

Like rent.ie or daft.ie, otherwise if you have friends around they might know someone personally. to be honest I dont know anyone whos looking their house to be rented. Its quite difficult to find one these days. Best of luck.my friends tried checking online daily til they Got one. #fingerscrossed

@@khushbushah1456 usually we just contact them on daft or on those sites when we were apartment hopping before, however nowadays it's pretty hectic due to demand, some of them takes a while to respond or even dont respond i. It takes a lot of patience when looking for a house /apartments in Ireland, and a little luck I may say. I was the same looking for an apartment in Clonmel , Tiperrary no reply . nothing., so we didnt move :)

Hi, rent is relative to where you are from the city centre, it a one bedroom flat can range from 600 to 700 euros approximately , a 2 -3 bedroom house can go as high as 1200 to 1300 euros a month. If you google it Limerick is the most dangerous county to live in Ireland, however I assume that was in the past , it depends on what your activities are. If you dont linger in dodgy places at night , you should be okay 👍 🙂
