Awesome, they're great, i've got mine 2 years now. Still works and feels like it's new, the only problem I get (only on PS3, not on my PC) is that it sometimes brakes when i'm not braking (probably because of sand/dust inside). But I can fix that just kicking the brake hard and fast a couple of times. I really recommend it ;)
Do you wan't to change it to automatic or change gears in automatic? if you want to change to automatic you just select automatic in car options before going in game, if you want to change gears in automatic (like from reverse to drive or parking) just check the controls.
