Did I hear him say he works out every day? I am 50 years gym person who ran a gym for a while. He is 50lbs overweight at least and has no muscle tone at all. But that is the least of his problems. Moertel sent the following statement: "Mr. Lucas Chase has been accused of Operating While Intoxicated as a 1st Offense, a non-criminal traffic infraction. This is merely an accusation, and he is presumed by the law to be innocent unless proven guilty to a reasonable certainty by evidence which is clear, satisfactory, and convincing. Our investigation into this matter has only just begun, and we hope everyone will refrain from judgment until such time as all of the facts of the case have come to light.” Mayor Randy Knaack didn't know Chase had been drinking when they spoke and believed Chase was reaching out to him for advice on being pulled over. He also said Chase did not ask for any favors. Knaack went on to tell the public that no one is above the law, and that anyone in that situation says things they will probably regret later.

So if you are caught driving under the influence after that, the penalties are VERY severe and can, and usually DO lead to jail time. The first is like you state' 6 month loss of license, sky high insurance rates and some pretty severe fines. The second is a 2 year loss of license, heavy fines, even higher insurance rates, surcharges on your insurance and can include community service. The third includes all of the above plus the permanent loss of license for life. It can also include jail time but usually does not if there is no accident, property damage, giving the cops a hard time, etc.

I've watched alot of code blue's videos and the officers are very respectful and helpful and supportive to even people who have had multiple run ins with them. I think Noah was the guys name that was on this channel 3 times one of them he got picked up at his house and decided just to surrender and get the help he needed ( hopefully he did) the officers worked with him so he could have time to say good bye to his family and even arrested I'm around back of the house as to not make a spectacle of him being arrested

I’ve seen quite a few of these videos of elected officials or ppl that hold public office (council, sheriffs) that’s entitlement slips out when under the influence. It’s so disturbing because u know what they say, the true u comes out when u got the liquid courage in ya.
