Talented winemaker Mikhail Pogodin decides to end his life, but his loved ones refuse to believe he would take such drastic measures. They suspect foul play and believe Mikhail may have been murdered. His son, Victor, returns to his childhood town to investigate his father's death and carry on his legacy.
Mikhail Pogodin owned a winery in the city of Chernomorsk. He was preparing to launch a new wine brand called "Three Queens," but his plans are abruptly halted when Mikhail dies unexpectedly. While his death appears to be a suicide, his relatives refuse to accept this explanation. Despite leaving a suicide note, they are convinced he was killed. Victor, Mikhail's son, arrives in Chernomorsk to say goodbye to his father, save the family business, and uncover the truth behind Mikhail's death.
Who is truly responsible for the winemaker's demise? What challenges will his son face on the path to uncovering the truth? Can Victor carry on the business his father dedicated his life to?
