We are back in Isla. How are y'all doing? We made a video about our thoughts on living in the City Vs. Province Life. This is our experience and opinion. We will just give you some ideas. I met a beautiful Filipino young lady and had the opportunity to live a similar life as yours in the provinces 22 years ago. At the time I chose not to and have regretted not living my dream ever since. Now I am turning 70 and with failing health it is too late for me. Anyone who has a similar dream I say only three words. Just do it.

Wow... I'm 47. That's eerily similar to the age you had back then. And I find my situation at a crossroads about going there. A lot of problems to solve here, but the type that you don't know if they'll ever be completely dealt with or not. Well, I can only say I'll try hard not to lose the chance. Thanks for your comment.

When i was in Philippines i was with my wife in Santa Rosa resort,very nice place. For me personaly i always give advantage to life in province,you can live in province little bit outside of city but close enoug to citi to have most things that you said what city have. Unfortunatly i didnt travel in province to see real province life and how province look like. Next time when we will go visit family there i will definetly see province. In Manila i have been almoust in every part of city,and i didnt like overcrowded,garbage,smelly air,polution in general. I liked public transportation for me it was something new and very interesting,but life in province is always priority for me becouse all things you said,less stress,lott healthier,fresh food and so on. Regards to all of you from Croatinan Filipino family Zagreb Croatia,enjoy in province life.

Fasting is best for healing ..no dokters need.. but sometimes need more weeks only fruits and vegetabels ..to eat ..or some days ony wather..many forms of fasting ..you heal ..you cleanse your body

Glad you all made it back to the island.Now time to detoxify from the pollution up there. You both sounded at the start of the vlog like if you had little colds. The GEICO in your home missed you while you were gone. He had a huge party with his other buddies in the kitchen while you were away!!🤣😜

Thanks for sharing info about city vs province life. My husband is also from 🇵🇱 and similar opinion like yours. We were in Dumaguete the whole July for vacation. We visited Siquijor for one day and pass by your place. By that time, you were in Laguna🙁. We had a short chat with your landlord. Maybe next time, we could meet you in personal. All the best!

Good conversation about where to live with the pro's and con's. I have lived in many places and have found a location that has both the country and a city that is close is ideal! Cities have many people, however small towns have more friendships and good communities. Now with the internet and Amazon, you can have things arrive at you front door. Food, supplies ect. if you are a Prime member delivery is free. With Amazon you can buy almost anything the city offers with the exception of certain perishables foods. I am retiring next year in the high mountain desert in the state of Nevada USA. with Amazon, will only have to go to Las Vegas once a month. All my medications are delivered my mail. We buy land in the mountain, however the city is only 7 minutes drive, thus the best of both worlds, live near a city for medical however live in the mountains for the fresh air. We live in Antique, my wife was a city girl, now she visit province often due to work on our land building a resort, now she prefer mountain life

I will always repeat and stick to the fact that only life in the province. For me it is an escape from all this civilization noise and living in the provinces allows us to be mostly independent of everything. only it all depends on who expects what. for me, a simple life, without stress and having your own vegetables, fruits, animals, allows you not to worry about what is most important in life, i.e. food - healthy food. Pozdro mordeczki.😎 it all depends on what island you live on. the smaller the island, the harder it is to get health care. but an island, a province, is something beautiful. there are many beautiful islands where you have everything you need and you don't have to be in the city to enjoy all that the city has to offer. your island is small and everything is different. this is an individual topic, but you can have everything that the city offers, but you need to settle on a slightly larger island, e.g. Bohol.🙈😎 Ps. I think it"s much better to buy a small or parcel of land there and build a small but safe house renting is also difficult you have a child better to have your own no one can tell what will happen the nxt day land is cheaper there 100 or 200 sqm you can afford hard to be homeless better to have small one of your own than renting. Good morning to you both. We live in Davao. A large city but not in the centre of the city. We do not have brownouts. We have a clean water supply. The facilities are excellent. No pollution. This city is cleaner than many other cities. Good beaches on Samal island. We lived in a province before in Bukidnon we have no wish to return to province life.

Yes ofc we're affected, we got milions of refugees, we send them weapons and humanitarian aid, and our gov get more debt which people will pay in future so expect tax rise.

Nice comparison. Pollution is a big deal breaker for me, if we're talking about living there for extended periods of time. Scuba diving looks awesome as well. And what better place than those waters to practice it. That said, I think would be able to live anywhere, as long as I find good company for the long run. A woman that actually lets you slow down and live a simple life? Yeah. I'd sign for a life with such unicorn.

The province life has lots to offer. Very temping for me. But I think both city and province life has pros and cons. When we visit there in Oct we will look at things like that. Enjoyed your video. (But like I said the province is very temping)😀

Some days you feel like a nut and sometimes you don't. I prefer both when you want something for the country life you go and get it, same as the city life. IMO, it's all give and take, you take what you need from both places because neither are better than the other.
