Gwynne went on to create the role of Mrs. Wilkinson in the London and Broadway productions of "Billy Elliot." She also played Margaret Thatcher in the London production of "The Audience." More recently, she appeared in the London premiere of "Women on the Verge of a Nervous Breakdown."
