The City of Calgary fenced off a skatepark that was privately funded and created by local skateboard lovers over safety concerns. However, there is still hope that the park can be brought back to life for a little longer.

The new mayor is a nightmare. No doubt skateboarders will find somewhere even more dangerous to play where nobody can see them. Handing free drugs to overdose skids is ok but letting kids skateboard is dangerous.
