That's an infinite water source glitch, it come out, goes back down and come back up in a loop. Devs sometime really like to mess with gamers. Joke aside, if Houston could stay below freezing for weeks during winter let me bet you they would have dealt with it already. Saw a very bad leak in the middle of winter in Montreal, let's just say we had at least a whole street-lenght of cars covered with 2inch ice on their sides. At the end of my little ride on my bicycle to look at the chaos, 3 out of 4 brakes on my bike were frozen from riding in the freezing water and my bicycle was an igloo on wheels lol.
I don't understand how people have such a difficult time with the water table... Water isn't "wasted".. money is wasted. Water goes down the drain, gets treated, and goes right back into the water table. The "wasting water" thing is a marketing ploy. "buy our dishwashing tabs and stop wasting water". "Buy our new expensive washing machine because it wastes less water"...
The water table is the problem. The water tables in this broad area are getting lower and lower. The water going down the drain here was provided by wells. That water doesn't magically replinish itself. There is a process that has to happen, and the more water that is used and wasted tends to slowly suck the underground supplies dry.
We had a burst main out front a few months back. Since it was the end of the day, the workers literally showed up then went home. Then, since they were looking at overtime they got sent home. Then it was a holiday... I find it incredible that they're so against paying overtime that they'll happily waste tons of water. They avoid paying extra so we end up paying extra lol
@@michaelallison1235 Now look up the median income and you tell me which is more likely. Is it that this is being ignored because its low income, or simply because they're black? What about other factors? I'm all for discussing racial issues in America, but this doesn't happen in high income black neighborhoods.
Found the answer. 1300 water main leaks have been reported. Yeah this is entirely due to the fact that its a black neighborhood, and not due to the fact that Houston hasn't been keeping up on maintenance period. Gotta keep race baiting though. God forbid white people and black people ever got along 😭😭 The funniest part is I'm 100% positive everyone here arguing whether this is a skin color issue or not is white.
