So many lies, but someones business is based on such lies, Rwanda is so beautiful

Can you tell me what time of the year the weather is not too hot to visit Kigali and recommend a few places to rent an affordable small apartment for a month or two? I like to stay close to the outdoor fruit and vegetable market to connect with some local people.
Rwanda has one of the best weather here because of the hills, so it’s always cold and green. You would love Gisenyi, it’s more affordable with more locals and touristic areas like the Lake Kivu … make sure you come with lots of Sweaters

I hope you and guests focus more on Rwanda’s great appeals because you can definitely share how wonderful the country is without the comparisons. You will be no different from the western media if you portray US in a negative manner. You should first break your silence on the 120 rebel groups that are killing people. Some of these rebel groups are collaborating with the Congolese government. The Congolese are killing the Congolese.

M23 ( rwandan army ) is the issue in the kongo , other rebel groups are merely civilian that can go back to their farm lives.
