request is for a new license at this location. All applicable fees and
inspections have been paid and passed. (Council District 1)

PUBLIC HEARING: Case U23013: Application by Brian and Deborah
Davis requesting a Special Use Permit to operate a ShortTerm Rental
at 4857 Neal Ridge (Parcel ID: 09F390001764620) (Council District 3)
in the SUBC (SingleFamily Dwelling District) zoning district.
Staff Recommendation: DENIAL
Planning Commission Recommendation: Approval
4. PUBLIC HEARING: Case Z23017: Application by DRB Group Homes
c/o Battle Law, PC requesting to rezone from the AG1 (Agricultural
District/Cliftondale Overley District) zoning district to the CUP
(Community Unit Plan District/Cliftondale Overlay District) zoning
district to develop a subdivision with 80 frontentry townhomes and 133
singlefamily detached homes (213 total homes) on 71.127 acres of
land located at 4390 and 4420 Demooney Road. (Parcel Numbers
