The City of Virginia Beach has been hard at work for many years planning the direction of the City's (SGA's) Strategic Growth Areas's. The concept renderings included in this video are the results of some of the best and brightest minds in the business.

This project will enhance the Virginia Aquarium Marsh Pavilion and include the creation of exhibit play area for children, renovation of the existing exhibit areas, modifications to the trail to the outdoor theatre, a more welcoming entrance, landscape enhancements, visitor amenities such as the small café, and refurbishment of the Pavilion’s gift store, support areas and IMAX theatre.
