But if he's a PUBLIC EMPLOYEE it doesn't matter what he wants. You give the energy you get. You get positive energy, they get positive energy. You get negative energy, they will get the same.
Bob in Michigan "I'll trade you a 20 for a 10" went right over the guy's head -- he could have made an instant $10 but he was too busy thinking what he was going to say and wasn't really listening to anything you were saying..... LMAO
@Monica Cisneros I'm obviously successful, numbers don't lie. And if making what I make you considered unemployed, I'd hate to see what you Call a job. I own my own business, eat dickkkkk.
So John will butt in to say what HE heard acting like he knew what the rude guy that doesn’t want to deal with the public was professional. But when he’s told about what “I have to work with that” guy said under his breath to the lady, all of a sudden he doesn’t want to get involved. Proof: I’ll only get involve when I can win, but when I can’t win and have to go against a co-worker, I refuse to listen to the bad things said co-worker said.
The freedom of information act or FOIA guarantees that you can go into public buildings, or anywhere in public and inspect public records. The definition of public records is pretty long because it encompasses almost everything a Post-it note a business card, a map on the wall a memo an email, even a child’s drawing that is signed and donated to the City Hall. Is it public record? You can legally go anywhere in public and inspect these public records and photograph them employees employee name tags are police vehicles in fact, the tires that they put on them how they keep their vehicles what are equipped with what might sound a laptop? If an officer writes a love note to another officer, any of those things are public record and you can inspect them. It doesn’t matter what else you record while you’re looking for these public records, you can be in public anywhere all day long inspecting public record under foyer law you don’t have to tell them that you’re press you don’t have to tell them that you’re doing a new story you don’t have to cite Turner versus driver and you don’t have to tell them that you’re exercising your first amendment because there is clearly established public records law in fact, as far as loitering, standing in public without a camera would be more like lowering the camera itself is the opposite of loitering because you’re probably going to take pictures of things that are of public record, which every single auditor I’ve seen is doing I don’t know why there are all these other arguments FOIA law
That's not totally accurate Josh. I use to be a fire fighter for years and I rolled up on scenes when police tried to be heroes running into burning buildings trying to save people. I always said, if a police officer went down while in a burning building I'm climbing over his ass and getting the victims and then I'll come back for the police. And the reason for that is, the police had a choice not to go in the victims did not.
That’s what Karen’s say when they don’t want to admit their fault. It was HER VIBE that she didn’t want to be spoken to anymore. So he didn’t ask if u were in the military… smh
The bad vibe lady, lol, I'm glad you ignored her after her slight hissy fit. If she was in the military I doubt it was for any extended period of time.
I noticed when you entered that building there was one of those buttons for handicap people for the door to open automatically. Could you please push that button when you go into those buildings? I would love to see how many actually work. It would be nice to know if they’re ADA compliant
To all my fellow vets: I struggled for a long time with trying to find what I felt was an appropriate response to people who thank me for my service. About 2 years ago, I finally came up with a response that makes me feel good and usually the people who I am talking to. What is the response that I came up with? Simply this: "Thank you for being worth it!" You are more than welcome to use that reply if you feel it is worthy.
They always ask if they can help you when in fact they want to hurt you. That's why when you ask what they are offering, they have nothing to say but silence. Could they make you a sandwich 🥪??
It’s just SO MUCH better (don’t know if that’s grammatically correct 🤣) when you are nice, unless challenged, which is acceptable. My personal feelings are if the auditors are rouse from the outcome, it denigrates your, very important, message.
Loved the interaction with the guy and woman at the service desk 11.39 All three were very pleasant, that included the public servant. Made for a great change.
9:48 one of the more difficult things to tell about a person imo is the difference between confidence and arrogance. Generally speaking. One reason I believe this is the case is because, as stated "people aren't used to someone holding a camera" which takes most at least little bit out of their comfort zone. This procs repressed insecurities to move towards the forefront of our mind, usually regardless of whether they're (the insecurities) present at all. I call it being removed from a comfort zone. And I believe people are slightly confused on how they should seek comfort in different situations. Ie: I can be just as comfortable in my bathroom pooping as a public bathroom. Why? Because I have different expectations, and when negative expectations are not met it makes any experience that much more enjoyable. (This is why I still giggle... don't judge me it's funny because it's awkward)
I myself believe firefighter should make more than police officers. Firefighters try to save our lives and cops try to destroy them. It's absurd that we pay these fools to treat us the way they do
Here's the deal, Josh you were nice and polite as can be as always. She said you sent off a bad vibe from the beginning( and as we know that's not true). So you remaining nice and polite try and veer away from and not engage with her. She has the audacity to ask why you didn't ask her about the military, sick twisted minded individual she is.
I agree! And I disagree with her opinion that Josh is 'confrontational'. Josh is confident & doesn't allow Govt Officials to talk down to him. Josh has been through hell putting up with abusive Govt employees & still holds his head up & maintains a sense of humor.
That guy with the dark shoulder-length hair who came up the stairs was very uncomfortable on camera & took it out on you by spouting the fake "can I help you?" line that all Govt employees say when they really mean "GO AWAY!" He got my nerves up but you quickly relaxed me with your confident response "I don't know, what are you offering?" 🤣 😂👏👏👏👏 Dumbfounded, he just stood there..😶....blink.... blink...🥴duh. The 2nd guy, Mike, Finance Director, at least told you his position before he turned his back on you & shut the door. John, the Assistant City Administrator was very good at B.S. & so I was pleased to hear you cut in to his condescending "how can I help you?" & let him know you weren't falling for it. 😃👏👏 It's frightening that it takes someone with your communication skills & confidence to get these Govt employees to treat the public with respect. I disagree with the woman who said you were "confrontational". You just don't allow these Govt Officials to talk down to you. I give this place a FAIL. Disrespectful, rude, & impolite all the way around. 😡👎
Miss "Putting Out the Wrong Kind of Energy Vibe" is doing EXACTLY what she mis-accused YOU of doing! If she knew what was good, she'd learn to be less confrontational.
Seeeeeeeee?? I told you already a couple of videos back that you might seemingly come up straight confrontational at the beginning ALTHOUGH I know you're not... it's just a tone thing or I don't know, I'm happy she told that in this one. Loved this one as all the others. So freakin' funny with the sign thing. You're a beast :D
I like the way the woman looked behind her when the man said----can I help you with something--and the auditor replied---what are you offering ...She obviously thought about a sexual favor..!
The Lady was right you do come off strange at times like your wanting people to react take time to practice with other women who you don't know and watch how they react to you with the camera then try to do it different and see if you get a better response is you get a smile your doing it right because most of the time your really nice!
Wow..the judgement is real..who r u and the other entitling to say what is considered "weird"..and how fkn DUMB, does any1, that claims to b a public servant, Not understand that YOU ARE IN PUBLIC..U WORK FOR THE MF PEOPLE U DEAL WITH EVERYDAY..if u don't like it quit...
If you work in public working in a public building. The line please don’t film me then please don’t work in a public building or in public. Very simple. How hard is it to be professional, cordial. And go about your day. Not state I don’t want to deal with you. And this is professionalism! Wow!
The energy he puts out or is it insecurity of the other individuals very subjective. Opinion is thoughts without evidence and feelings are individual not either are facts.
@@harryfrates5352 did your idi-it self know that... Your argument is a fallacy? That means that even if you were right about your ultimate point (auditor = bad) your argument is still incorrect. Which means your dumb.
@@harryfrates5352 in other words... You don't argue good = you dumb (I noticed the mullet in your profile pic & figured I had to simplify my reply for you)
@@harryfrates5352 nice argument further proving you lack intelligence. I've made my point. Still waiting to even hear yours though... oh well who cares...
