Desde Colombia quiero agradecer por la excelente ponencia. Muy clara y sin rodeos. En la ciudad de Medellín, por ejemplo, somos considerada ciudad innovadora gracias al impuso de soluciones tecnológicas, culturales y educativas, que reflejan una cultura emprendedora y pujante de su población. Sin embargo, nos falta mucho y el doctor José García da muchas claridades frente a lo que es una verdadera ciudad inteligente y la que es una que aplica "algunas herramientas" tecnológicas y con ello se cree inteligente.
Gracias por la aportación no solo hay que optimizar y buscar la eficiencia, sino ir más allá considerando aspectos y contextos específicos de cada región o país para que no caigamos en ciudades inteligentes con injusticas y desigualdades.

Creo que estamos muy alejados para llegar a tener una ciudad inteligente a pesar de que estamos tan metidos en la tecnología, no la hemos sabido aprovechar de una manera que podamos crecer potencialmente. Creo que deberíamos empezar primero en tener una planificación territorial bien estructurada. Muy buena aportación.
The presentation is very interesting, I would like to comment that in addition, a smart city also helps to solve more sensitive issues for citizens such as insecurity, urban mobility problems, management of water resources and solid waste.
I believe that we are very far from having a smart city even though we are so into technology, we have not been able to take advantage of it in a way that we can potentially grow. I think we should start first with having a well-structured territorial planning. Very good contribution.
