Civ4 AI Survivor Season Eight Leader Draw 

Hello! Been gone from 'net 4 over one year...missed your Survior Civ4 contests greatly. I am bacccck! Cant twich yet, but hope so soonest. Will b watching this season in full. Thanks much! (Desktop died).

Are the alternate runs posted anywhere? Is there a comprehensive explanation of how to create our own AI vs games?

It could be interesting to watch a game where space, culture and diplomatic victory conditions turned off, especially in a group of high peaceweight leaders

Better than March madness. Some high school graduates we don't know vs leaders we have lived with for years.

Random personalities would not be any fun. I really can’t even see what the point would be. I would like to hear your thoughts on why tech trading is tech trading is not used. That would seem to play into the diplomatic situations and religious situations, etc. I’m not entirely sure what the overall effect would be. Maybe it would be problematic. But if it is ever been tried before, I would love to hear what happens and why it’s not used.

very interesting reasoning. played a lot, but not been able to draw those conclusions. not surprising..due to im a moron. most familiar with Civ I. Top down view makes wonders for a simpleton, and being an old fart ;) delayed my academic degree with a year

1:36 There are ways of identifying what personality is rolled for that setting. Having it random may make some silly plays out of some AIs happen, and I believe silly plays are part of what makes AI survivor fun to watch. I personally love seeing different play styles out of the leaders. Would love seeing leaders like Tokugawa, or even Frederick shine since some always seem to fall behind to a point where recovery is impossible. Just giving my thoughts though, nothing wrong with running the same settings each season. It's just that I think some leaders get unfair land distribution or unfair advantage 😅

Respect Sullla’s stance on mods, but it feels a bit conservative when it comes to bug mod. That mod is simply awesome and only gives quality of life improvements, which would also be nice for the viewer of AI Survivor I think (shows how much cities everybody has, when someone is in WHEOOHRN-mode, etc.) To each their own I guess
