Pressure networks have pretty much always had the ability to swap multiple parts. Select a pressure network part and on the ribbon choose, "Swap Parts". It will then ask you which parts to swap. Simply select them in the drawing and you can swap them out for a new size.
Via translate.google.com: "Not convenient. Can I make a batch replace button on the ribbon or in the context menu? :(" There are third party applications you can purchase that have this ability without having to through the Analyze Gravity Network command and you can put those routines on the ribbon but, as far as I know, they all cost money. In my opinion, this method is much more convenient then swapping each one individually. Разработчики Civil, должны делать продукт для людей, чтобы им было удобно, а не для галочки. Civil developers, should make the product for people to be convenient, and not for show.
