This is out of the date, the information on the various tracks are wrong, Small claim is from 0-10K, Fast Track is 10K-25K and anything above £25K is Multi Claim Track.
You gave me some pretty handy information, thank you for uploading this. I'm in Australia but as far as i know, and seen, the Australian law system is still a lot like the UK system. I'm studying claims for breach of contract at the moment, if you happen to read this within the next few days could you provide me with anything that could help please? Regarding the N1 form, is it just the first page you send off & nothing else if you intend to send the particulars of claim within 14 days any advice on this as I'm posting tomorrow thanks.
