The Civilian Response to Active Shooter Events (CRASE) course is designed and built on the Avoid, Deny, Defend strategy developed by Advanced Law Enforcement Rapid Response Training (ALERRT) in 2004.
I just received this training in NY State at a DEC facility. It is probably the most worthwhile training I have received to date. Everyone should be exposed to this information. Just having a mindset to what you can do to survive an active shooter threat is worth every minute spent watching this. Thanks for the RU-vid exposure.
