Guys, being extroverted doesn't mean being loud and outgoing 24/7, it's more about feeling energized after interacting with people. While introverts feel easily drained after interacting with people. Extraversion and intraversion exists on a spectrum, there is no definite black and white. Most people are ambiverts. And honestly I think being overly extroverted or overly introverted (leaning too far to each extreme) is not that great for your own well-being and happiness in the long-run. Humans are meant to coexist in groups, like packs of wolves, but at the same time you don't want to be so extroverted to the point that you crave socializing and interaction so much that it interferes with your ability to concentrate on your tasks alone. Although extreme extroverts will suit well with sales jobs, and extreme introverts do very well with research work.
