I think this songs talks about what it feels like when you're depressed and lonely. The mentioning of being trapped and stuck and having everyday on repeat. The questioning or doubt of whether or not they're okay is something depressed people ask themselves. The black and white filter represents how dull life seems to someone who's depressed. Then they mention that they just want someone to listen. This song is so sad and relatable
