And one thing is why voters are interested to know which company has donated to which party and how much. Govt. should not involve in any corruption. Supreme court and CJI must realize they took oath to protect the constitution and people of India above all withstanding the pressure tactics of those in power. I am hopeful that CJI fulfills his obligations towards common man who has high hopes in him he must never forget he has support and blessings of many. The circumstances prevailing in the country for the last couple of years clearly reflect that in and on every issue, it is the government involved directly or indirectly doing all such mischievous things. For this state of affairs, the things allowed earlier from time to time as per their whims and fancies with no restrictions are also responsible like deleting the name of CJI from panel of election committee and not taking cognisance of lakhs of missing EVMs in the country to mention a few .
Right and strong decision is expected from SC. The electrol bond is the common man's hard earned money. Banks , especially RBI and SBI have commitment to the people of India and not a particular political party who is in power or the corrupt corporate business groups. Common man is eagerly wishing justice from SC to the people of India as per constitution.
SC should go to the extent of directing the ECI to postpone the elections if only th SC has a soft corner for SBI, RBI and the FM till the time SBI submits the subject data to ECI. 😮

Saving democracy is the utmost need of the time now. Country first, all things comes later. Shameless SBI giving nonsense excuses and involving in dirty politics rather than keeping public interest as first priority and giving data to ECI as ordered by the Honourable Supreme Court of India.
Just doing simple math, SBI requests 136 days to curate 22,217 bonds which is mere 163 transaction per day. With the same math. In the granted 17 days they should at least share data for 2788 bond transaction even with their extremely low efficiency. I bet not even one record would be shown. It’s really sad😢. SC should immediately respond to SBI’s plea and reprimand them for not obeying court orders Supreme Court silence is baffling.
Let the SBI chairman present in the court and to the public his hard works, he has done after supreme court’s order so that all will he is telling lies or it’s true!

Contempt of court must be lodged against MD/ CMD of SBI for not providing information to EC. Case should also be filed against govt. & all officials who had assured the information can be be retrieved with in 24 hours.Hats off to our Hon.CJ.

There should not be excuse for lack of time for election as election bond and EVM two important problems are not yet solved.For free and fair election EVM should be banned and election bond should be known to Hon'ble Supreme court and the people. Jai Hind.
SBI should be asked to hand over all the documents and information to Supreme Court immediately and the SC should ask experts not connected with the govt to probe the entire matter and till it is done the election shoukd not be held.
My request to S C on the SBI request,reject the review petition, or otherwise will lead to suspicions on all judges, as we seen previously,who delivered judgements in favour of ruling party i.e BJP/PM/Modi for their rehabilitation after retirement.

Why did SC take such long time to declare the bond unconstituon? And also sbi was not to be given 3 weeks to submit the detais . We , the citizens of the country, want SC to take immediate actions against the Chairman of SBI & consiquently if the ministry of finance is found to be involved in hiding the truth , the SC must hold it responsible for dirty games behind the scene.
I think it is not that easy with my limited understanding .I am told that electoral bonds are like bearer cheque.SBI may be able to provide details of those who remitted while issuing bonds.Whether they will be able to provide details as to how and where political parties encased the bonds

Yes. It is wrong to have given three weeks time for submitting the donors data as banking transactions will not be closed each day unless its accounts are tallied . That is the practice in each bank. So the informations are on finger tips with one programmed Code. It is a clear cut contempt of court that SBI has not given the required information in time. The public is waiting for justice and protection of democracy from Supreme Court.

The money in SBI is public money, common man's money. Hence the public has got every right to know about their banks activities. The inflow and out flow of money through a PSU bank should not be a secret as it is public property and the customers are common people.

So there is no personal affairs appears here. Whereas voting is secret as per the constitution and it is required in a democratic country. SBI Chairman has to follow the the Supreme Court directive instead ask for more time to pass on the details as all information is digitised. One has to doubt his integrity and by delaying it is quite clear that he has pressure on him. Court has to take a serious stand gi e a dead line of 2 or 3 days if at all needed failing which he must be given marching orders. Such people has no right to be service.
Stringent action should be taken against the top officials of the SBI. They made a mockery of the system by dodging and falsehood. These fringe element officers would have been assured of the posts of MP, ministers, governors etc.

Why can't the supreme Court act on its own in such matters. Why do a lawyer have to file and chase the case. Infact I feel Supreme Court makes it difficult for simple citizens to get justice. In India law is not for the poor people.

RBI does not know anything about DEMONETISATION - caught unawares to keep ready alternative notes before banning existing notes. 2) RBI did not know existence of Electoral BONDS.3) RBI does not know what to do with Rs. 2000/- notes, after closing circulation. Pls. do not unnecessarily involve too many actors. They will spoil the dish.
