Not that I'm a Deere fan, but it would have been a much fairer comparison to use a Deere 3 series as that's what the ck10 series lines up with. That being said, a Deere 3 r series...which is the model comparable to the ck10 is about 5-9k more expensive....at least in my area.
There are currently no sub compact or compact tractor that are build in America. All are built overseas. They may be assembled some what in American, but not built. John Deere uses Yanmar engines from Japan and I believe they have factories there also that build the tractor, lots are built in India and South Korea, but zero are built in America. Bobcat is currently working on being a tractor that is 100% built in America, but they are not there yet. Mahindra has been around for a long time and are the largest tractor manufacturer in the world, so I doubt they are not going to be around in ten years. John Deere uses cast aluminum for their axles except for on the R series and Mahindra, Bobcat, and I’m not sure on the Koita but they used cast iron for their axles. Mahindra is also the only tractor over 30 hp that doesn’t have a DPF or diesel particulate filter.
All Mahindra tractors are manufactured overseas, either in India or China. The only two people that Mahindra gives a job to is the salesman and the mechanic that keeps fixing them. Buy American and give your kids or grandkids a job. Buy a John Deere that is made in Augusta, Georgia, John Deere employees thousands of Americans.
in 10 years the deere will still be running and for the other 2 not sure they will be around especially mahindra in the usa....and remember hp is also what gets the job done....engine is not straining as much
Have a 25 year old mahindra that sits outside and vet ran hard. It's still going strong. Mahindra is a better tractor than the Deere. Ive owed them both.
@@hunterpickard1297 well see if mahrinda company will be in the usa in 10 years...and if not...good luck in buying parts or attachments...and have 30 year old john deere that puts other tractors to shame...and it probalby has more technology then some new mahindras...lol
@@daman9780 you do realize mahindra has been around for nearly 60 years? So why would it not be around in 10 years? You are just biased to the tractor you own. Ive run plenty of Kubota, Deere, and mahindra. Deere is the one I like the least and mahindra is much better built. They are much more robust then deere or kubota.
They seem to be a Mahindra dealer, so they just had the deere on hand. It was similar enough, and probably the same price as the larger Mahindra anyways, so they compared it. The comparison worked well enough.
