@@johnnysheehan4384 It's creative though. It also matches the theme. For example, denim. Like the comment above me said, the under garment does look like a diaper. Dunno what it was made of, but if it's cotton, that fits the theme even more. I would've combined white latex and fluffy/puffy (like a fluffy blanket) cotton stripes pattern on the under garment. The textures are very different but it'd look so stylish. The contrast. It's too bad the creator is a weirdo...
@@johnnysheehan4384 Yeah.. this year's met gala was a huge disappointment though I disagree with Kim being the only one to stand out for me.. I mean, did you see Iman? It was such a creative twist to have pants underneath. I don't know if this is for sure, but I think it was Native American and ballet based? The met gala is a costume party so I'm glad she was over the top. (Not saying everyone has to be, but the designers should add a creative esc. For example, you can base your outfit off of Marilyn Monroe, but don't wear the same thing she was wearing or just style your hair differently. Be different)
The theme was "American Independence" and I think CL did A LOT better than a majority of the celebrities. She wore an Asian American designer "Alexander Wang" whose from New York! Plus, Denim originates from the USA and instantly reminds people around the world of American culture and pop culture. Plus, her hair style is super cool and makeup is awesome too!
YESS just got done listening to her hits and now she attends the met gala! she is still THE BADDEST FEMALE! I hope her new label helps her to succeed even MORE! QUEENNNN!
Uh, this is about CL only, not Rosé. Can you please stop shoving Blackpink members down everyone’s throats? Literally CL understood the assignment. Rosé lacked with that dress which is weird because she is the ambassador of one of the most important fashion brands in the world.
@@idkhbu1845 @chigueyaaa press about CL outfit was litterally compared to a blackminidress. That so not the same level of work. People are hype just cause it's blackpink that outfit was very underwhelming, which is fine she was probably a last minute +1.
Actually CL left YG and got invited for her impact alone, not for her former company which has stopped supporting her solo career for years now. And actually she was the one that lay the foundation for relations between Korean music stars and western fashion house (according to W Magazine). YG should have thanked her.
why does everything needs to be associated with YG.. appreciate her in everything she does and then that’s it, stop associating her in the shadow of her past company. move on already lol
