shooting in the middle is the best solution when there is too much pressure. Daring a panenka in this situation is nothing special because goalkeepers jump most of the time and even Thierry Henry said, if Ederson had done his research, he would know that Benzema would strike in the middle. Personally, I knew it(too much pressure to choose a side)

Mahrez has been their prize player these past few seasons. Yes, De Bruyne is their best player, but Mahrez just makes things happen, especially around this time of the season. He deserves to be in the top five or ten contention for ballon d'or. Wouldn't expect him to win it, but just to get the rceognition.

But yeah, I think Mahrez should be playing week in week out, if he did then I think we'd be talking about him like we do Salah or Kane.

Mahrez is a great player but if you've been following Guardiola for a while you would know that his emphasis is always on team work. This is why his teams have always remained at the apex. Any player that likes being a hero would be sold. By now it should be clear. Don't be surprised when he puts Mahrez up for sale next season. No player is bigger than the team in Guardiola's teams. Think of how many talents Pep got rid of before this current crop in City. Even Klopp doesn't like when Salah plays selfishly sometimes. In the return leg, Silva will have to play with rodri in the middle for better control and shielding the defence
