Bovenover ploegen met een Claas Xerion 3800 en een Lemken Vari-Diamant 10, 9 schaar ploeg. Op het zware gedeelte van het perceel moest een extra sleeptrekker ( Claas Ares 696 RZ ) ervoor om de gang er in te houden. Akkerbouwbedrijf Mts. van Nieuwenhuijzen en van Vugt uit Oude-Tonge.

I remember ploughing like this in the 1970’s with an IH674 and an IH784 chained together pulling a 2-furrow Lemken plough. 12” furrows at that. It took days to do 25 acres. Talk about tiresome.

that cant be worth it ... i mean im pretty sure a smaller plow would be more effective ... like an 7or8 row just for the 3800

so what, buy a new smaller plow just for this one time you have a bit rougher conditions? Really? that sounds more effective to you?

Demo Niq 34 hp for each row isnt much .... also if you get terrain like this you cant pull it alone but if its better its still not that effective ... better go for a smaller plow and if the conditions are better tune is each row a little bigger ...

Ma non si può lavorare così??????? Il crucco davanti che deve scendere due volte dal trattore per agganciare la catena...... Molto meglio due aratri uno da 6 elementi e un altro da 3 elementi in modo che i due trattori lavorino separatamente e sicuramente il lavoro eseguito sarà maggiore a parità di gasolio e tempo e profondità di solco.
