Why does it say "Private Road", "No public vehicular Right of Way" at 6:57. Then you come out on a road with a "Unsuitable for Motor Vehicles" at 10:22, which implies you're on a ORPA so fine to be on it?
@MotoMerc There's a small section of the trail that is private land ( behind the gate) but as far as I know the owner of that land is a nice chap and does allow motorcycles through his land obviously only people riding respectfully who shutting the gate etc. "Unsuitable for motor vehicles " sign is only there because the river crossing can be very deep so that not every vehicle can make it.
