I genuinely don’t understand how most days you complain about being tired. You sleep all hours of the day, you don’t have a job to attend to, you do absolutely nothing other than order food and watch tv, yet you still sit and rant and moan that you’re exhausted or tired every video. You know what IS exhausting? Working 8-9 hours, yet still going to the gym and walking the dog each and every day. This takes up about 2, sometimes 2.5 hours on top of everything else. Not to mention COOKING dinner, meal-prepping for lunches, cleaning, grooming oneself… You really don’t know what actual exhaustion is.

Because it took me the better part of 2 years, to lose 196 lbs. I was constantly getting infected abscesses in areas I couldn't reach in the shower properly. Being constantly depressed and not showering for a week also aggravated things. I have 55 lbs to go, and I'll be a normal size. Food is now my medicine, and not my comfort. I did it all without surgery btw..🙏
