If you select the box "held in trust", the filing will not have a lapse date. amendments can be done if needed over the years, so, I prefer to select that option as to say, the certificate is put on the schedule "A", and is allonged into my express trust as trust property. Great Video though. Just sharing my filing experience. You can also cancel if you need to if that should ever need to be the case.

Amazing. UCC-1 is a powerful tool in the box. I hear UCC-3 can be filed beforehand to see if there are liens against all caps name, but still learning.

What if your last names long and it's not enough to place cesti Que vue trust I can have 25 characters how do I shorten it there's no acronyms for trust do I just place my last name in the surname area only because my last name takes up space and when I add the cesti que vue trust it tell me only 25 characters only
If it was not changed by enrolled Deed Poll, your Birth Certificate name stands. Please check that the name on your Birth Certificate and Passport are the same spellings, if they are different, you will need to register the Passport name first.
The Amendment sheet so, that would be a new filing where you list all your properties. You would need to do some research on that, because it's been a while since I look at that topic. 🙏❤

The SA number is made up of your initials, date it was created and end with SA. If you follow the to his website you may find an example SA, but I am not sure.

I noticed this form is for Washington state, should we use the form for our state of residence? Also if we have previous resided in other state, should we file a UCC1 for that state as well?
It is easier to do it in Washington because some states won't allow you to do it. The UCC is about your all CAPS name and the Cestui Que Vie Trust, not what area you live in. 🙏❤
@@ThisandThatwithNavelette In the redemption manual it states that if you file the UCC1 in another state from your birth state, you should do a notification of record for your birth state as well. I’m trying to figure out how to do a notification of record, can you point me in the right direction?
No Er, if you have done the Limited Company, Trademark and Deep Poll, there is no need for you to do this. 🙏❤ You just need to follow the guidance in the members area. When I have something new to add there, I will.

Because that is the first name you were registered as, you didn't get your first and middle name until later. If you check the Hospital tag, it will say, Baby Sayz.
