Xavi! Never trap a carch, 99% change itll glitch out. Let it loose, have 2 trikes or 2 chalicotheriums or 1 rex (550 weight+) ready. 2 man job, make sure you are close to each other. Best is rex baby ofc. Keep the series going ✌️🤞
On the previous Ark, I’d have issues with the Carchar not wanting to eat. However, I found out if you went out of render distance and went back to it. It would fix it a majority of the times.
U should trap it bc there are a lot of dinos that it is going to eat and run away from you, when trapped you can just bring 10 corpses at once and feed it one after another so the effectiveness doesn't go down and ez tame, with a rhyniognatha u don't need a trap, bring 1 rex and tame it
i wish the island had more procoptodon spawns. love those beasts and a nice part about them is that they can pick op baby dinos. s/o if you find a good baby dino while exploring you can catch it with the procoptodon and hop all the way to base
@@massakerhd373 yes but it moves slower and the baby is less safe. people can shoot it out of ur claws. or when you land for stamina wild dinos can kill it. but with a procoptodon you cant doe that. and they are fast af.
Carcha taming guide: Step1: Forget about the existence of traps Step2: Let the carcha kill everything in its range Step3: get preferably ghilli gear (it is possible with flak too but ghilli makes it much easier) Step4: Start killing Stuff and draging it towards the carcha, es soon as it starts sniffing, you can technically drop the body and it will find it. I prefer dragging it just a little bit closer but without letting it bite me additions: You can't drag stuff towards the carcha, if it is raged (eyes glowing) locating a rex baby (can be carried by an argy) = instant hopping on the carcha have a mate to help you killing stuff
Bears are stoked for sure, easy tame with prime or honey, great battle mounts, it can farm both for meat and berry's, decent hide and chitin collecter,, it's speed is amazing for ground travel. Definitely a great early to end game tier tame.
Doth does advanced testing and analytics and figured out pelagornis gets the most poly in game. He tested everything from ASE and its true. I like how ASA is finding new ways to use dinos especially the lesser used ones from beforehand.
With the chara as soon as it does the sniffing animation you can let go of the carcass and just hop on whatever tame you have and wait for the blood frenzy to be done
Pelagornis have always been better for polly, and saddles have always had durability that never mattered. Tho I agree having dura on gold saddle BPs that actually mattered would add another dynamic to the game.
Like your vid’s but there’s no way your tribemates have 20k hours each on ark. For that to be achieved one of them would have to play ark 12 hours a day, everyday for around 5 years straight.
