Clams soup with fuzzy melon and beancurd
This type of clams, which is suitable to make soup. Add in fuzzy melon and beancurd. Everyone likes it.

節瓜腐竹大蜆湯
材料:
蜆1斤
節瓜2個
腐竹3塊
薑2片
芫荽1棵
處理:
1. 蜆,加入粗鹽1茶匙,及適量清水,放入雪櫃4小時,另其自動吐沙。
2. 蜆,清水沖洗幾次,擎乾水。
3. 洗乾淨煲。
4. 節瓜,去皮。
5. 薑,去皮。
6. 芫荽,切出根部,清水沖洗乾淨,放煲內。
7. 薑,切片,拍鬆,放煲內。
8. 節瓜,切細舊,放煲內。
9. 芫荽,切碎,放碗內。
10. 腐竹,清水沖洗乾淨,放2塊落煲,另一塊放一邊。
烹調:
1. 在煲內加入適量清水,大火滾起,轉中慢火,滾10分鐘,加入蜆及腐竹(已搣成小塊),加入適量的鹽,大火滾起。
2. 灑上芫荽碎。
3. 完成,可享用。

Ingredients:
Clams 1 catty
Fuzzy melon 2 Nos.
Beancurd 3 Nos.
Ginger 2 slices
Coriander 1 No.
Preparation:
1. The clams, add in 1 tsp of cooking salt, and appropriate amount of water. Put in refrigerator for 4 hours, to remove impurities inside the clams.
2. Clams, rinse several times. Drain.
3. Rinse a pot.
4. Fuzzy melon, get it peeled.
5. Ginger, get it peeled.
6. Coriander, cut the root. Rinse thoroughly. Put in the pot.
7. Ginger, get it sliced. Beat well. Put in the pot.
8. The melon, cut in small pieces. Put in the pot.
9. Coriander, chop well. Put in a bowl.
10. Beancurd, rinse thoroughly. Put 2 pieces in the pot. The remaining one, is to be put aside.
Steps:
1. Add in appropriate amount of water in the pot. Heat up at high flame. Turn to medium-low flame, boil for 10 minutes. Add in clams and beancurd (already broke in pieces). Add in appropriate amount of salt. Heat up at high flame.
2. Put coriander cubes on top.
3. Complete. Serve.
