@@theincognitogamer6752 Both of them died... somehow, but still, Tomoyas wish to restart everything was fulfilled, and as that, at the end where Nagisa first died, she lived and the story itself ends with the big Dango Family under a tree :3 Scene that even now I cry tears of happiness and sadness too, I dunno why.
Thing is. Tomoya starts out as a good-for-nothing delinquent and because of his involvement with nagisa that he himself starts he grew as a better person than he was before meeting. If nagisa never died the first time he could have forgiven his dad earlier and never become an wasted human but he did recovered but it was too little too late for both tomoya and ushio that he also died of too much shock. Second round he managed to find it completed because nagisa and ushio survived which is awesone. On the other note, clannad may break even the most strong of men into crying but school days can destroy you mentally.
@Thanos the Farmer yeah, if you lost both. But he just lost Nagisa at first and then completely abandoned his daughter. I mean don't get me wrong, it would be devastating to raise your dead loved one's child, but abandoning is a betrayal of not only them but the child
My husband first introduced me to this beautiful show back in the Spring and we already watched it a second time together near the end of summer but gosh dang it, I want to watch it again already. Three times in a year wouldn't be too much, right?
This anime is so underrated. Still one of my favorite animes. We don’t always have to action or adventure animes to keep us entertained. Animes like these bring us back to reality and actually relatable to real people. Life in itself is full of adventure and can be simple, even painful at times. We all have a life and should desire to be better to one another everyday. God bless anyone that reads this, in Jesus name, amen.
I can watch clannad again and again and never get bored of it. Seriously, I think I've watched it more than 5 times already and I still love it. It's the perfect anime for me.
Nagisa: I think i want a baby. Tomoya: ... Narrator: And then they had lots of sex that night. :D a reference to I cant understand what my husband is saying...
Tomoya planted a seed that night. They cared for it for months and watched it grow. Once it was fully grown they smoked the grass they grew and had lots of sex.
Watching this scene is crazy. I first watched the anime in early high school, and the anime hit me hard enough that i sobbed multiple times. But now im out of college, trying to find my first adult job, and living in an apartment away from home. Im in the exact same position as Tomoya and Nagisa. Seeing them as adults, trying to navigate adult life and figure it out, doing the same thing I'm trying to do, its inspiring and amazing
When it comes to videos like these, videos that could possibly be taken down due to copyright claims, I don't know whether I should Like it or not. I've heard somewhere that liking a video makes it more likely that RU-vid will take notice of it, which increases the likelihood that videos with copyrighted material might get taken down. Is that true?
The background music is kind of depressing for some reason. It gives off “something bad is about to happen!” kind of vibes. The scene is very cute but the BG music makes it feels really heavy… Try imagining this whole scene with BG music of rom-com anime and it would hit different.
Plz someone Explain to me how in the last episode on Netflix TOMOYa WAS WITH THAT President girl with the white/grey girl ?? Was that real ?? And I saw episodes that tomoya and that purple hair girl was THAT REAL OR WHAT
U never got your explanation it would seem. Those are basically "what if?" Stories. The anime is based on a VN where you can take multiple paths and end up with different people. Those are just looks at those paths. They never happen in the main canon line in the anime
First, at the end everything will be fine since Tomoyas' wish is fulfilled and second, oh boi... don't underestimate this anime xD It hits you harder than a bullet train when your guard is down
@@huskiesghost you'd know 4kidz because you like that too, I guess. Dubs are soulless read-throughs with zero nuance. All the flavor is lost. Nagisas character as voiced originally is TOTALLY different that what is here. It's just an awful dub.
davedzone first off, look at FMAB, Death Note, Code Geass, Fate/Zero, Steins Gate and you'll see how good the dub is before you start acting like a bitch. Second, you shitting on every dub and people liking them is just proof of how ignorant you're being so try again
i just got married yesterday and immediately came here. 🥹 i used to watch clannad in middle school/high school and i met my boyfriend when i was a senior. now that this major milestone happened and he’s my husband now, this makes even more emotional (let’s hope i don’t pass during childbirth though please 😅)
