John P. Kee has sopranos, altos and some tenors (Jeanette) who can sing any part and still come back in on with perfect harmony..... Know other choir/ensemble is doing that...

For me, this was the era when gospel music was at its peak. The songs were great and made for Sunday morning, the choirs and bands were dressed modestly, the music was well embraced by church folk and those that wanted to be saved. For me, this feel will return soon. It's my hope and belief

VERY TRUE. Well,one can only go but so far when I comes to solo artists. People have forgotten that, " There's no I in TEAM." All this self promotion is hurting the body of Christ. There's a place for solo artists, but,it can't be THE ONLY thing. Choirs ALWAYS helped in church growth.....and WORSHIP. Just thinking out loud.

The late 80's and all throughout the 90's God used these anointed vessels. For that time they were doing things way ahead of their time... The singers, the band, and the production were drenched in "oil". During that time he was the first that I had seen to have a Caucasian sister on the choir. Who was she...? Does any John P Kee fans know...? She was on the first album in '89 through the Reunion album in 2005. Sister could sing, too. Didn't see her on this project. I miss this kind of choir music...

This is so true I had valley fever when I lived in Phoenix Arizona I moved back to Seattle where I’m from when I arrived I was in a wheelchair and couldn’t walk now I’m walking around like everyone else and I praise God every day and I clap my hands too. I played this song when I was admitted in the hospital,every night I listen to the video of pastor Kee songs,God heal me, What the x-ray had shown, had disappear that Tuesday,when I took another one,and I was release that Wednesday.Glory be to God

I’ve been following Pastor Kee for over 35 years, his music is all I listen too. It keeps me encouraged and focused on Yah. I saw him 1993 and and it was so special, I will never and have forgotten it. I turned my kids onto him, and they even get it. They are 30 and 19.

How many remember this one. I'm telling you God is Good. These are the kind of Worship Concerts we need today. So, to the Var - son Community Choir do your thing in Buffalo, New York on Sunday... I Pray that someone with a good HD Video recorder tape it and Post it on You tube. The world needs to see and hear the goodness of the Lord... Let everything that has breathe Praise the Lord...

Rev. D. I’m with you. The horns are fire! I honestly believe every church should incorporate horns in their services especially when they sing songs with heavy horn accompaniment. I’m a clarinetist, but I play trumpet and tenor sax parts on clarinet. I love playing for the Lord as much as I love singing for Him.

This was my choir song back in the days. This was when you understood what the choir was saying and what the song felt. The Lord was truly guiding this song from Pastor John P. Love the mass choir feel, and the passion of the background singers is infectious!! The breaking into sections is always one of my favorite parts of this era of gospel! This looked like it was a hole event with the band, dancing, call and response! He is one of my favs!

I love how much attention the cameramen are giving to the drummer on this video, and he deserves it too. I wish that Marvin McQuitty got that much attention on the live Fred Hammond concert videos. Great job by John P Kee and the New Life choir! This must be what anointed musicians sound like!

I've been in love with Pastor Kee and New Life since I first heard them in 1994. He's the greatest and my favorite. Their still anointed in 2020. I sure miss anointing music like this today.
