Seeing Davy Fitz's emotions at the final whistle truly shows how much passion he has for the game and how much winning the game with his team meant to him. What a legend!
Wow, what an atmosphere. And that goalie stopping a flying ball and just bouncing it on his bat was unbelievable, yet he made it look like an ordinary, every day thing. We need this game in Australia! But then again, we'd probably ruin it with gambling.
are you clueless....best final??????.....useless cork defence....if either were any good they would have won All Irelands in the intervening years...neither were even in a final since....if you really do need to watch a great final check out the 2014 Final...no tippy tappy stuff...just proper hurling.
@@jimharvey3371 Which makes it great? Clares first final since 2002 and Corks first final since 2005. Makes it more special, a new team going to win the All-Ireland rather than your usual Kilkenny, Tipp, etc. It was a high scoring, fast paced game with many ups and downs for both teams. I was at it and to say the least it was fucking amazing. Sure, it was tippy-tappy and scrappy at times, I agree but like there are so many iconic moments that outweigh those moments. SOD’s performance, Anthony Nash’s penalty, Conor McGrath’s crucial goal. 2014 and 2018 All-Irelands (been to both) are definitely up there and many more obviously but for me this is the best
