Claremont Room Addition and Remodel 

I'm Jocelyn. I'm Mike.
We were looking for our forever home for about a year. And when this house hit the market, we saw it right away, put an offer in right away, but it had, like, a mobile home attached to the back.
We knew we didn't want a giant house. One of the big reasons we liked this property is it's a big piece of property. We like having room outside. We wanted to maximize a good area for us.
The old master bathroom is turned into the guest baths and then the old are the old sunroom is the new master and the old masters, the office.
The two things that we really wanted in the master was vaulted ceilings and a fireplace.
He really did a good job listening to us.
Once he took our ideas of the fireplace and two walk in closets, it was perfect.
Once we saw the blueprints, we were like, perfect, just do it.
It was great because I work from home. Everyone was extremely respectful.
I was working in the living room at one point, or the dining room at one point, really respectful would ask me, Hey, we're going to start something that's loud. Is now a good time?
It was great. It really was. We love it, love it.
It's great. It's, you know, exactly what we needed and wanted.
