The way Clarence sits down into the bottom of the squat, makes me cringe about standing back up. My knee's simply couldn't handle it anymore. They sound like popcorn popping when I just kneel down to pick something up. But Clarence has definitely got some amazing form/technique. Way to go!
@asinisterKiid yea i squat this way and i can honestly say that some injurys will deffo come from this, in the lower body atleast. but what would you want to give out, your back or your knee? honestly my knees are fine tho, but ive gotten severe hamstring tendonotis and i have to use a wrap under my knee like clarence do to dull the pain.

Easy lbs to kg conversion, take weight in lbs, divide by 2 and subtract 5% of the weight in lbs. So 500 lbs = ((500/2)-(25)) = 225 kg. Easier if you know the trick to quickly finding 5% of a number (move decimal point over to the left 1 of the original number and divide by 2).

Alan Horn anyway autism is legally known as a disability. He's an olympic lifter, Olympic lifting is a practice where you risk everyday. You can make someone autistic do bodybuilding, because it's more controled and you can do it all alone, but weghitlifting it's not even allowed

I'd love to see Juji's garage gym become the place to go if you are in the fitness community. My favorite videos are when you have people come and train with you in the fort, either fitness personalities or even just regular lifters. I've been binge watching all your content from the last three months in one week and I don't think there is a video on here I didn't like. Keep up the great work Juji and Tom
I've taken L-theanine on and off. If I'm going through a lot of stress, or really worked up over something, it's awesome. If not, there's no real noticeable difference. You don't have to just take it for sleep btw. The best use I've seen for it is with people who get really jittery with caffeine. Take some L-theanine with it, and it should even out a bit, while still getting the benefits of caffeine.
