I'm in Canada and one of our big drugstore chains had a Clarins "spa" day; it was wonderful! You just booked and paid $10 (which then could be used toward any Clarins purchase. They'd created a beautiful spa room with lovely music and the facial was just lovely (cleanse, tone, eye cream, double serum and Blue Orchid oil. My skin felt better than I think it ever had and I came home with 3 purchased items (Blue Orchid was one and I'm loving it) and a gift bag full of samples. Then....we were escorted to the make-up area and a full face of of Clarins make-up - with advice - was applied. It was just heaven. To be honest, I'd been satisfied with my Ordinary products and some other oils but this felt like a whole different level. Can't wait to try the Plant Gold!

I purchased my first Clarins products earlier this week (I don't know why I left it so long as I am now 48...sorry Clarins!!!!) and Plant Gold was one of the products bought thanks to YOU and this video Caroline. WOW WOW WOW!!!! I have been suffering lately with a damaged barrier and was in desperate need of repair and rehydration. Ive used it twice so far (let my skin settle for a bit before tucking in to my new toys) and what a result. I LOVE IT! Thank you for your help and expert advise/recommendation Caroline xx

I love clarins. Their one step exfoliating cleanser is the best ever. I also use double serum. I love their scents, they are fresh and luxurious

Clarins are the bomb! I've used these products since I was 18 living in France, through my time working for Clinique (🤫) in London, having kids, up until now, age 55. Given the choice, I would always choose them because my skin loves them and always looks better.

Ooooh, I want this. I learnt about skincare watching my Mum use Clarins and I particularly remember the smell of Blue Orchid oil. The smell takes me back there in an instant. Since I can’t buy Plant Gold I feel the need to buy Blue Orchid oil again, even though I’m using up my stash.

I don't mind a fragrance in an oil/moisturizer, as long as I don't wear it out in the sun...the scent is heavenly to sleep in😊 can't wait for the plant gold😀

This is already available in Australia, started using today and initial reaction is great. Available from Myer with a really generous GWP offer. Love Clarins products really suit my dry mature skin.

I love clarins but generally it’s too fragranced for me everyday but at Christmas I treat myself to one of the packs with blue orchid oil and use that on my body it’s a nostalgic fragrance for me. The plant gold is already available in Australia so I’ll check it out.

Ok, even though I’m an avid oil user, I love the idea of this for lighter days!! I’m hoping it will be available on order for the US peeps! While I’ve been a loyal follower of yours since pretty much the beginning, for whatever reason I’ve only ever used Clarins Double Serum, but I’m going to check out all of the Clarins oils you mentioned! Any product with olive oil or coconut oil is not my friend in cleansing oil or balm so I’ve never used an oil. I’m 59 and was oily most of my life. Now with tretinoin and P50 1970 in my routine I definitely need more. I will order a sample of the “gold” from Clarins and see how it goes.

Hi Caroline I’m 67 and been using Clarins for years , however i love the double serum and have been using it since it first launched but have found the orchid oil to heavy and it tends to break me out . Not sure if this new product will do the same which is a shame as the orchid oil smells wonderful.

Birdie 703 get a sample from counter and try it, it is an emulsion texture which may not break you out....I use it over my DS because I have dry skin...it’s a gorgeous product ...

I wish I could use the face oils from Clarins but I have truly sensitive skin, and I have always had either contact dermatitis or bad acne flare-ups any time I use face oils. I have never been able to pinpoint the common denominator as to why.

The Clarins SA told me about this last week. Looks good but I wonder when it will arrive in Australia? Do you know what is happening with Blue Orchid Caroline? I went to buy some and there was no stock due to a reformulation? Feeling a bit traumatised!

I used to lovveeee Double Serum! This sounds lovely, I’m trying to get back into more traditional skincare after being brainwashed by DE and their suspicious BS, but for some reason when I read inci lists I still think “ew ew no no ew silicone, gross fragrant oils” but I’m trying so hard to get past that to use products I used to love.

for some reason i just CANT use any of CLARINS products, from Double Serum, Facial V Lift serum, Multi Activ day/night creams, Hydra Quench line.... i dont know i just cant stand their fragrance and natural plant extracts, i believe you said it many times that "natural" isnt always the best?

This video and products came just in time. I recommended the Blue Orchid Oil to a friend and she was reluctant because it's an oil. BTW, I started using the Blue Orchid Oil about 2 weeks ago - Loving the scent, but I'm not sure I'm using it correctly. When should it come in my PM routine?

Hi Caroline, would you (or anyone else who's used this) recommend this emulsion for normal skin on cheeks and an oily t-zone? I'm looking for something to moisturize but I find that no creams work for me because all the creams I've ever seen that are for combination/oily skin ALL have some form of silicone (dimethicone, acrylates, etc.), and my face always reacts so horribly to those (clogged pores, nastyyy)...

Hi, I'm 48, found you last year and your my go to guru, please could you advise. Been using px tret 0.025 for the past 10 month s, about to go up to .5% (purely for wrinkles, no spots). I use TO vit C 23 every other day + spf 50 when I leave the house also TO HA twice daily. Would I benefit from Clarins DS in the morning! I dont want to overdo it but I feel that I need more. I'm also discovering the horrors of the Peri Meni! Help..please. Thanks Kelly

Sophie S I’ve fallen in love with Clarins recently. I work in cosmetics and used to use Elizabeth Arden, La Mer etc, both not cheap/affordable ranges, and I’ve been amazed at how affordable and GOOD Clarins really is! I’m also an avid collector of products. Wish I could make my mind up. Love this channel though!! 😂😉😘

Ooh I love the lotus oil it’s even a little bit astringent for my oily skin! I’ll definitely check out this product if it come to US. Also the usual fragrance talk is so annoying, yeah right you landed on your “beautypedia” phase but you also need to move away from the beautypedia phase. And understand that people who formulate products at respectable brands knows more about what’s good for you than you or beautypedia.
