Some of the best wheel loaders on the market in their time. Still a lot of hard feelings around here about the manufacturing plants closing. Most of our older neighbors worked for Clark at some point.

It's sad really, all these old American manufacturers are all gone and bought up today.

These vids take me back to being 10-11 and riding my BMX bike up to South Hills Village where they were building out the new trolley depot and crawling all over the big graders and earth movers. I could watch these all day. You do such a great job of explaining technical details and also keeping it energetic and not technically dry. Thanks for your work!

I always enjoy your documentaries. As a fellow tractor nerd, it’s always fun to hear the specifications on the older machines and compare them to the newer machines. Equipment certainly has advanced over the years, unfortunately, not all advancements were good ones.

That's my favorite part of making these videos is going over the details of the pumps, engine, etc. Thanks!

@@PAmining Exactly how my career path led me to become a technical communicator. I like the specs, comparisons and ultimately the fix for broken machines, just wish I got the opportunity to see the variety of product lines you see (beyond Caterpillar). Stay safe, thank you for the work you put in on all the machines you post and keep the videos coming!!

My friend had an old 75B for years and it was a super tough loader!!…Clark really knew how to design and manufacture equipment and their drivetrain division was among the best in the world!!..cheers!!

Thanks and Good Coverage, Pal! I always thought that Clark/Michigan made fine equipment but now hear that Volvo is the cream of the crop. B U T we both know that the machine will just go so far. It's who SITS IN THE SEAT that makes the difference! Blessings To All Yall!

Spent many hours in one of those. Wow, some outfit got their money's worth out of that purchase many years ago. Bet she can still put a days work in while the new junk sits with computer problems lol.
