I like how they have to "speak to the officer" to determine whether they should investigate attempted murder. Like they should start the investigation and speaking to the suspect should be part of the investigation not the reason whether they decide to investigate at all. What makes this even more ironic is that Denzel got revived on scene after being incapacitated because he claimed he was just punched. So fists arent deadly when cops want to skip going to the hospital and give info in a manhunt, but they are when they want to push charges on an unarmed person.

@@Athasin after committing a crime, was warned to stop or he would be fired upon by a police officer. Gets fired upon, instead of listening then pulls out a wrench to attack said police officer. It was escalation and skipped a level of force. The officer thought it was a bcso deputy going down and the police officer acknowledged his mistake, that doesn't erase crimes committed or consequences for both parties. The police officer paid monetary damages which Terry agreed upon 45000$ along with potential disciplinary action within the department. Idk what else you got to complain about 🙃 literally both sides going on about their day, no one is pressed

You mean THE EXACT WORDS THAT A PRO COP JUDGE (Judge Jackson) DETERMINED IS EXCESSIVE FORCE when directed at a running away suspect with no weapon in their hands? ... And that's why he awarded Tuggz $20K for this EXACT SITUATION? ... It wasn't assault. It was literally self defense because the cop shot a fleeing suspect with no weapon in their hands WHO WAS BEING TACKLED by another officer who actually _was_ following the force matrix. Moreover that officer told the other officer to STOP following proper procedure so he had a clear shot on the fleeing, unarmed (at the time) suspect.
