The film didn't make as much sales then as the success of the books suggested. Therefore, the shooting of the 2nd part was canceled and a few years later a series was shot for it...
@@noso3951 no . They had amazing sales actually. It’s just they lost their output deal w/ Netflix which distributed the show around the world and with that they didn’t have enough money to keep it going , cause it’s expensive... it’s really Netflix’s fault
This is wonderful! I watch this show by myself. When I watch Season 2, I was like Clace get back together please! When they did. I screamed and I said YAS! And, my dad looked at me like what? I was like, you know nothing about my OTPS!

Am I the only one watching this in 2020. I love this show so much and I hate that it was cancelled and that the writers decided to leave a cliffhanger so you don't know what happens after. You have to decide with your imagination if it ends good or bad.
