@@megametexe5129 can you tell me the weakness to ballpoints and K Pro's because it's all I see in my ranked matches and as a slayer it is really hard killing them when I need to
3 things: one, yes nothing is bad in splatoon 2, its all you two, anything you touch is effective Dude three, can't wait to see more clash blasters in games after this video
I main The Clash Blaster Neo because I love its kit I never understood people that hate this thing Because it's not difficult to beat if you understand how it works. At the same time it can do well if you know how to use it( as seen in this video). Like every other weapon you have to understand how it works and play to its strengths and be aware of its weaknesses and you can do well.
I love those first few matches when you switch to using a clash blaster from a weapon that requires pinpoint accuracy and because your used to aiming carefully you are getting direct hits left and right. Shortly after that of course my brain realizes I don’t have to aim as much and suddenly can’t hit anything lol
Breaking news: Splatuber gone on rampage in X rank with Clash Blaster when defending the weapon's title Okay, enough with the memes, this honestly makes me wanna rethink using this weapon more than just for the memes. Thanks DUDE!
Its short range pressure with the huge blast radius is actually insane. Catch people in a bad situation and they're done. It's not the best weapon but definitely underappreciated, it can work on a lot of maps.
@@popsicIes Sploosh and Inkbrush actually have upsides to them, they both have unparallelled mobility and good inking. Clash is straight up outclassed by regular Blaster.
I don't think the Clash blaster is bad at all. I think it could work on alot of maps in tc. There are many weapons that overshadow the clash, but that doesn't make it bad. I don't play it myself so I'm not sure what to say.
The problem with Clash is that you could use Blaster, Splat Roller, Tri-Slosher, Octobrush or Sloshing Machine instead and do everything Clash does plus actually challenge things on top of that. Sloshmo and Octobrush are even more mobile than Clash, too.
You filmed me! With a splatershot . I meet you often but I don't know why I knew you were making a video and I said to myself why film myself now with this gun while I train
Clash blaster is my second main and I’m not ashamed of it. I’m able to get 2500+with clash in tower control, so for anyone who said clash is brain dead or no skill required, you simply don’t know how to optimise this weapon.
Hi DUDE, yesterday I was Watching your Videos about AIM and Acurrancy "Splatoon 2 - Why Top Players never use Y-Positioning while Playing? " & "Splatoon 2 - How to use Motion Controls! (For Beginners & Stick Players!)" But I Have some doubts, in that video you sugest to use a motion set configuration , but those videos are above a year ago, nowadays, are you using the same configuration? Please can U upload a new video tutorial about how to use the sensor move, joysticks and Aiming?, Im really having troubles about that, I dont know if it is about the new Patches, but my kill's average is getting lower. I'm practicing the one on one match non using the right joystick, but it is really hard for me cause Im not used to move 180 degrees the controller If you can upload a new video and giving tips like that I really will apreciatte it. PD: the video when you'r focused on the controller was really good, hope to see one of those again Thanks in advance
I hate this weapon with a passion. Now DUDE here goes and says how it's actually not that bad (and that I've been playing it wrong every time I've previously tried it). Damn DUDE, now I wanna try using it again. Uhh thanks (?)
I think octobrush might perform similarly well if not better at this same playstyle (especially kensa brush, with how good hammer is defensively). Advantages might include potentially better paint, much faster killing power without double direct, much more consistent killing, and a much more well-rounded kit. Main drawbacks relative to clash would be the lack of a curling (which imo facilitates this playstyle pretty well), and worse poking around corners. Have you tried this?
Low-rank players: "What the fuck the Clash is horrible and overpowered" (Legit I don't know how to deal with this thing so I just want to rank up to the point where it's not used anymore.)
When I used to play Splatoon 2, the Clash Blaster was one of my favorite weapons, especially with Ninja Squid, this video made me want to play it again. Edit: Now that I remember I splatted Dude once with it.
I have no idea what your beef with that roller is, but getting killed by a clash blaster repeatedly and getting squidbagged for it would have me seething for sure. 😅 Jokes aside, I can respect people who use this weapon with knowledge of how it works rather than using it for it's reputation of 'being broken'. Using the strategy of waiting for people to come to you is really smart and I never thought of it that way. It's pretty clever, considering how any player could target a clash immediately out of hate.
i've got beaten up by dude's clash blaster last week, i was scared i was going to be in the video and my friends would stop being my friends for losing to a clash blaster
The weapon I have won the most matches in: Forge Pro The weapon I have won the most matches in: Clash Blaster Neo This is why I stick to them and use good gears for them
When we say “The Clash Blaster is trash” or “No aim, no brain, must be a Clash Blaster main” we mean it needs no skill to use. That’s how most people seem to play it. But for the small amount of people defending it, they actually bring some skill while using it. But both using no skill and using some skill look the same for a player being splatted, just another player holding down ZR. People don’t see the difference between using some skill and using no skill, therefore we say that all Clash Blasters are “trash”.
3:17 I was wondering how you got that kill. I had to look to see the curling bomb. That's the one thing about Clash Blaster that is annoying is none of the kits are that great.
Depends on how you use the kit I use the curling bombs primarily for movement and the tenta missiles to either support my team when they're trying to push through an area or to smoke out someone who's hiding so I can Ambush them. on occasion I'll use the curling bombs to hit people hiding on ledges since the curling bomb is thrown at the beginning of its animation if you point upwards right against a ledge and jump you can toss it up on the ledge. if you hold down the button the curling bomb won't travel as far but it will have a larger and more powerful explosion I've gotten a lot of surprise kills with that trick.
@@megametexe5129 Yeah it seems like that kit is tailored for Ninja Squid and sneaky tactics. I just wish there was a different kit. Like Bubbles for the special, and squid beacons would be way better in my opinion.
What am I supposed to do when I’m trying to start becoming a soulless charger main and I get stuck in a clash-blasters ink, also why the hell do chargers have to put in 100x effort for the same reward
I personally don't think clash blaster is bad. I haven't tried it long enough to understand how to play it as good as possible. I just don't appreciate the players that tend to use it. Just like the same players that will use orange nzap, splooshes, brushes & rollers that just want speed & easy kills and typically don't understand offense, defense, objective, special & map awareness. It's obvious when someone like that is on your team. Not to say that I have it all locked down but I'm not bottom-of-the-barrel tier either lol
respect it's strengths and weaknesses like every other weapon and you will either be able to play it well as seen here or be able to properly go against it. I never understood the hate for The Clash blaster.
Ofclurse every weapon is good in dudes hands. That doesn’t take away that clash is a worse luna and luna is a worse vanilla. And that’s saying something.
Clash is like the 3rd shortest range weapon in the game, but the huge blast radius makes up for that. I’d say, if the Splattershot has good movement, it can definitely take out the Clash.
