Rinna is a professional actress; she hams it up because she knows soap and reality TV go hand in hand. I wouldn’t be surprised if, privately, the two are laughing while sharing drinks at how we all eat this up.

I don't like Yolanda but i also don't think she was making up the illness, when one has a chronic life altering illness you try your best to look and act "normal" so people do think "oh they were fine yesterday now there on deaths door" nope was on deaths door yesterday just had lipgloss on so people didn't think i was looking for attention because of how ill one looks. I truly hate when someone don't understand a medical condition they go stright to the "it's all made up it's all in there head" line thankfully I've never came across this myself but i know other people who have gone through hell and back and people are like "they were at a birthday last week" Forgeting to say before hand that was the first time said person had been out in two years lol. If your not in the doctors room with someone, if they are not trying to raise money/get money from you with there illness then don't call them a lier or a faker because honestly that can push people to the edge along time before chronic pain.

Rinna ain’t no saint but the thing about her is she is very upfront and blunt and not afraid of confrontation and if you’ve ever been on any benzodiazepines for long periods, you’d know that having a personality like that mixed with Xanax is like truth serum x10 with zero filter on it. People fail to see that this is a show that from the start was partnered and funded by the Bravo network & Kyle Richards. She had a hand in the choice of cast members from the very beginning of season 1 and with the way these shows work, it’s a give and take relationship to benefit both parties mostly financially but also to boost their own public image with no concern for the relationships they destroy to get there. Everything is manipulated.. from what we see to what we don’t, from the ‘friendships’ they choose to build and the people the choose to ‘gang up on’ to get out of the show to get new people in to make it fresh and interesting for the networks viewer ratings. It’s very easy to paint someone as a good person when they have more control on what can and can’t be aired... think about it. Kim never really wanted any parts in this show from the beginning bc she was so vulnerable and going through so much but Kyle PUSHED for her to be apart of it to “get her out of the house and give her something for herself away from children” which sounds so pure and lovely but in reality the Bravo executives most likely pitched this idea to her saying that Kim would need to be apart of it for the show to go forward at all because it was an integral part of the storyline and Kyle knew that. As for Vanderpump, I think she agreed to the show as a way to promote all her restaurants and business ventures which was an extremely smart move on her part because it later led on to her being able to have her own independent spin off shows she could be in control without Kyle having a say in anything. In the beginning I think this is how Kyle probably convinced Vanderpump to do the show knowing that she was a very savvy business woman but would also be a super unique and likeable character to the housewives franchise that couldn’t ever be duplicated. A BIG THING that a lot of people are missing tho which I think is verrrrry important (maybe i only think about these things bc I study forensic psychology idk) Kyle and Kim would have media trained from a VERY VERY young age because of their mother and careers. Particularly Kyle, because she did such a huge movie like Halloween and throughout her older years didn’t isolate herself as much as Kim did and struggle with addiction issues and such severe anxiety, depression and c-ptsd. So Kyle is extremely skilled in media training and knowing how to conduct herself in-front of cameras. I can almost guarantee you we haven’t yet seen the ‘real true’ Kyle Richards like Kim has seen and that’s what is making Kim look like she is acting out over the top for years and years for no reason. Kathy Hilton is another example of exactly what I’m talking about.. if you have watched Paris’s recent documentary it is so obvious. Kathy shows no real emotion when Paris is literally pouring her heart out to her mother about the abuse she endured at one of the worst ‘treatment camps’ HER MOTHER sent her too when she was a teenager bc she was ‘embarrassing the family name’ by literally just going out and being a teenager.. so their answer was to keep sending her back to multiple notoriously bad child abusive camps and facilities as a form of discipline and had no contact with her while she was there. She was abused in every way at the worst one and her mother didn’t even look like she cared bc she still thought she was right. She watched two grown adult strangers come into her young child’s room while she was sleeping and drag her out of her bed kicking and screaming for her mom and dad thinking she was being kidnapped by a rapist or a killer and her mother just stood there and watched. In the documentary her mother says “if we knew this abuse was happening you know me and daddy would have been down there in a heartbeat right?” And parents looks up at her mother with a total emptiness knowing there’s cameras rolling so she can’t say what she truly feels or knows is reality. This whole family has so many deep dark secrets and trust me when I say... Paris’s story is only the beginning of it. I’m not 100% sure when Paris filmed her documentary but she is 40 now and this happened to her when she would have between the ages of maybe 14-18 and she has only just felt safe enough to speak out about it. Imagine how much else there is buried deep in this family... more often than not with these types of families you see a continuous cycle of behaviour throughout the generations that becomes normal to all involved in the family unit until they escape and break that cycle. Kyle was one of my favourites from the first 2 seasons and it’s pretty scary and confronting how just how it shows that like in real life, you never REALLY know who a person is as much as you may think you do, you cannot trust what they show you upfront and you must take the time to observe their behaviour to other people (especially the most vulnerable eg. the elderly, animals, young children, the disabled, special needs and those with mental health/addiction issues ect), always trust your natural intuition when it comes to other people and see a RED flag as a STOP sign. Any pattern of behaviour is simply that, a pattern.. if the person is important to you and worth confronting and keeping than do that. However, if you see the pattern continue, that is where you should be able to see things with clarity that this person will not change anytime soon and that this is probably just who they are. Apologies for the very long comment but I hope this helps a lot of people in a lot of different ways.. I need to start taking my own damn advice as well. I love me some guilty pleasure ‘Reality television’ binge watching but reading through some of these comments it was so fucking troubling to me that people couldn’t decipher what was real from what was manipulated into ‘looking real’. Watching these shows are so popular because we all love to escape from the real stresses and drama going on in our own lives that it’s nice to watch someone else’s and get feel like we’re about of something big and luxurious like this.. trust me I get it I love the real housewives of atl and ny too and picked up on this when I noticed I would turn to these shows when I would want to avoid all the shitty responsibilities and anxiety in my own life. There’s nothing wrong with a lil escapism!! Just be self aware that what you see in these 45-60min episodes is highly edited, highly manipulated & strategically crafted together into a video production of constant mini plot lines that are inserted with unpredictability. It is not what really is going on, we the viewers will never really know tbh. It’s how it’s always going to work. Be smart about it and look into things yourself would be my advice.. bc unfortunately for them, there actually are things out there that they never wanted public I’m sure. After reading the Kathy and Kyle thing.. I’m about to look into it myself. I encourage everyone else from now on to further research things the same way. At the end of the day whether LVP encouraged Rinna to do it (it seems like the kind of playful shit-stirring LVP and Kyle love to do), their feud boiled down to the fact Rinna refused to take responsibility for everything she did and seemed more interested in crucifying LVP with her little crony in Eileen. Kyle and LVP are the realest on this show because they just don't give a fuck. They don't make up fake storylines and start ridiculous fights just to keep themselves relevant. Rinna could really learn a thing or two from them in how to stay interesting without starting stupid shit
