Welcome to Day 2 of the Modern Horizons 3 Arena Open! In this Draft tournament on MTG Arena, I need to reach 4 wins before getting any losses in order to win the grand prize of $2000! It's high stakes limited and there's no margin for error, so I use all my focus and go into full tryhard mode! Can I pull off a flawless run? Can't win them all! I am one of the best limited players in my area, prereleases being the only really consistent things that work with my work schedule, and I can say that watching your videos has amped up my drafting skills, which I can only really practice on arena consistently. Ty!!!

That looked rough, two eldrazi titans is hard to beat. This set has some of the best bombs in any draft set ever imo. I had a game where I drew my entire deck on turn 8 with kozileks unsealing and a bunch of the 7 mana cycle eldrazi and cascading with monstrous vortex. It’s pretty stupid how powerful these drafts can gey

I actually found the Rares to be fairly manageable in this set because the Commons and Uncommons were so powerful that it felt like every deck had tools to compete. Drawing your entire deck with Kozilek's Unsealing and Monstrous Vortex sounds like a lot of fun!

I counted 5 sneaky snackers and 1 or 2 of them wheeled. Plenty of blue card draw and black removal that was going around too. Do you not like u/b?

I think Blue Black is the worst archetype and I haven’t found a reason to draft it. I just don’t know what avenue I would need to have in a draft to get me taking the cards that would establish me in the deck so that I could take Sneaky Snackers.

It feels so rough to be cracking fetchlands every turn to then keep drawing more lands. Especially when you catch a glimpse of a spell that would have been on top if you didn't fetch!

I don’t track the top card of the deck when I’m fetching unless it was relevant from a Scry or something. You just gotta roll with the punches and do your best with what comes off the top of the deck!
